Calderdale Pride Reaches For The Stars!

The organising team for Calderdale's only Pride event is pleased to announce the event will take place at the Halifax Piece Hall on Saturday June 16th from 12 noon until 7pm.  Calderdale Pride are working hard making preparations for the release of our star headline act  for 2012,  We have some fantastic artists including the incredible: Valentino King, Chasing Dragons, Whiter Than, Pracilla ,  singer songwriter Darren Smith & Calderdale Pride's Got Talent Winner.  Calderdale Pride going to be something big this year and something not to be missed,   keep updated through Calderdale Pride's website.

About Us

Calderdale Pride is a one-day annual festival which comprises live performances and acts, family entertainment, food and drinks outlets, stalls offering information and goods, and a variety of other attractions, rides and exhibits.
Calderdale Pride is organised by Calderdale Pride Group, a voluntary, not-for-profit organisation and charity registered with HMRC.  We aim to bring together Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) people, their families, friends and supporters for an annual celebration of diversity and acceptance.  Calderdale Pride Group works alongside charitable and statutory organisations in challenging homophobia, hate crime and LGBT inequality, and in increasing awareness of issues facing LGBT people within Calderdale.

Calderdale Pride is a hugely-successful family-friendly celebration of diversity, now in its fourth year and expecting to attract over 9,000 visitors to the beautiful and historic Halifax Piece Hall this June!

Pride's got Talent Final

Calderdale Pride's Got Talent final is scheduled for Saturday April the 14th at Bar Place Hebden Bridge.
